At The PMO Conference

P2 Consulting were proud sponsors of this year’s PMO Conference which took place on 13 June in Central London. Now in its fifth year, this is the leading event for PMO practitioners from across the UK.


P2 Consulting Director of Consulting Adam Skinner took to the stage and spoke about how you can transform your PMO – the Agile way. But for most organisations having the standardised data, tools and capability to use some of these tools is at best a 2 year journey and at worst an unachievable pipedream. But it doesn’t have to be.
