Context: One of the UK’s leading retailers merged with its rival Shop Direct. We were engaged to deliver the post-merger integration programme. A portion of our fees was linked not just to delivery of the programme, but to the delivery of the associated benefits.
Adaptive Service: We provided a Business and IT Programme Management team deploying our P2 Adaptive Delivery framework to mobilise, design and manage the end to end programme. working alongside the client’s in-house resources. We drove the rapid and iterative delivery of benefits throughout and created a change capability for the organisation as we left.
Outcome: We structured the Programme to realize early benefits making the programme cash-flow positive within 1 month! The programme finally delivered over £200m in annualised benefits by the end of integration.
