Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of major projects and programmes, including leading the design and development of a programme or project initiative
  • Define, establish and run complex technology-enabled change programmes
  • Manage a portfolio of programme or project management disciplines e.g. benefit tracking, issue / risk management, business case development
  • Identify key programme or project issues and initiating resolution strategies
  • Recover troubled projects and programmes
  • Play an active role in identifying and pursuing sales and business development opportunities
  • Develop strong long-term client relationships and become recognised as a trusted business advisor
  • Identify key programme or project issues and initiating resolution strategies
  • Manage the progress of programmes and reporting to senior client management
  • Effectively communicate messages using appropriate channels for the management of programme stakeholders
  • Have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
  • Play an active role in identifying and pursuing sales and business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager
  • Ideally degree level, within a technology or business discipline
  • A commitment to continue to develop both personally and professionally
  • Relevant professional qualifications based on domain area expertise – Prince2, PMP etc.
  • Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit!
