Responsibilities:

This key role is about ensuring the smooth running of the back office function. You’ll draw on your exceptional organisation skills and build solid relationships with all stakeholders across the business including Directors, Consultants and Suppliers. Reporting to the COO your day-to-day duties will include (but not be limited to) the following tasks:

• Schedules – extensive diary management and booking/control of meeting rooms
• IT – assisting with setting-up of new PC equipment, email accounts, SharePoint, security, etc.
• Travel – arranging & booking business travel (flights, hotels, meetings)
• Post – opening and distributing incoming and outgoing post
• Presentations – support of formatting, printing, binding client proposals etc
• Telephone – answering of calls/queries from Senior Clients and Suppliers
• Socials – Helping to organise quarterly social events, monthly comms meetings, team events
• Management Meetings – Helping to coordinate the weekly management meeting, running weekly reports and ensuring all documentation is updated
• Office Management – raising the overall professionalism of the P2 Consulting office including all aspects of administration
• Providing additional support to the Finance and Recruitment teams as and when requested.

The right candidate will have a passion for delivering great service, excellent administrative skills and professionalism. You’ll be enthusiastic, organised and methodical and have no problem meeting tight deadlines. You will use your initiative to help advance the business operations to meet the needs of this rapidly growing company.

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience
• Experience managing stakeholders
• Highly professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisation skills and superb attention to detail
• A confident multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills
• A strong communicator both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability influence, where required
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
