The company is growing fast and we’re looking for the very best talent to join the team in delivering future success for our clients. We’re keen to meet people like us who are commercially astute, intellectually agile and down to earth. We’re interested in individuals with a demonstrable track record in selling and delivering major business transformation across our key capabilities: portfolio and programme management, business architecture and design, testing and quality assurance and implementation.

You will already have consulting experience gained within a large management consultancy or working for a smaller boutique. You will have a track record of winning sales and contributing to business development across any of the following industry sectors: Retail, FMCG, Energy, Utilities or Telecoms. You will also have a proven background in delivering major transformation programmes while maximising business opportunities.


• Previous experience working in a leadership role within a Business Transformation environment
• Have a demonstrable pipeline of leads and ability to generate sales opportunities
• Can shape and lead sales meetings, complex pursuits and successful proposals
• Sponsors and supports sales initiatives, campaigns and events
• Multi-year track-record of delivering in excess of £2m per annum of personally attributable sales, both through managing and growing existing client accounts to £1m+, and identifying and opening up new client accounts and revenue streams
• Take commercial responsibility for shaping and closing profitable sales
• Leads across P2 Consulting internal initiatives to further grow business capability and maturity
• Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and key personnel, both within P2 and clients / prospects
• Client-site leadership of consulting assignment teams of 20+ consultants
• Internal career management, coaching and development of high-performing consultants
• PM, BA or Testing qualifications (eg MSP, Prince2, PMP, IIBA, ISEB, ISTQB)
• Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit!
