Responsibilities:

The company is growing fast and we are looking for the very best talent to join the team in delivering future success for our clients. We are keen to meet people like us who are commercially astute, intellectually agile and down to earth. We are interested in managing consultants with a demonstrable track record in managing complex transformations in the Financial Services industry.

Requirements:

You will already have consulting experience gained within a large management consultancy or working for a smaller boutique. You will have a track record of winning sales and contributing to business development across any of our industry sectors. You will also have a proven background in delivering major transformation programmes while maximising business opportunities.

Key skills required

  • Previous experience working within a Business Transformation environment including; Business Change, Business Architecture/Analysis, Programme Delivery or Testing.
  • Have a demonstrable pipeline of leads and ability to generate sales opportunities in the Financial Services sector
  • Can lead sales meetings and contribute to proposals
  • Sponsors sales initiatives, campaigns and events
  • Take commercial responsibility for sales potential
  • Responsible for a sustainable sales target of more than £2m
  • Leads across P2 Consulting initiatives to further business development
  • Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and key personnel
  • PPM/BA/Testing or PMO qualifications (eg MSP, PMP, Prince2, ISTQB, ISEB, BCS, Agile)
  • Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit!
