What will your role be?
  • Quickly understanding the business issues and challenges of client’s organisation and industry.
  • Identifying client organisation’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided.
  • Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for operational improvements and changes.
  • Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce recommendations.
  • Gain agreement to methods of introducing recommendations and change to clients.
  • Communicate the benefits of recommendations and solutions across functions and address uncertainty and concern.
  • Produce written documentation to support proposals, report on findings and present to stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepare business cases, identifying and validating business benefit to be put forward for proposals.
  • Undertake end to end business change impact assessments covering business processes/ system application landscape / data / organisation design in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate potential solution options including opportunities and potential risks.
  • Requirements elicitation, prioritisation, analysis, specification and validation including the facilitation and the co-ordination of users, meetings, workshops etc. to enable requirements gathering/validation, ensuring common consensus from stakeholders.
  • Produce analysis artefacts such as business processes, activity diagrams, use cases, data flows to help define change.
  • Manage the business requirements through the entire change/development lifecycle


  • Engage with company and client staff to provide the highest levels of value and service
  • Ensure compliance with our engagement methodology
  • Proactive engagement with project team members, and consulting teams, to facilitate effective teamworking, create collaborative outcomes and support knowledge sharing
  • Support effective governance and risk management practices, ensuring key issues are managed or escalated, as appropriate
  • Provision of reporting and analysis, as needed
  • Contribute to business development, solution development, and the creation of proposals and associated marketing to support client and prospective client requirements
  • Active involvement in the renewal of their engagement on assignments
  • Contributing to the creation of collateral, the development of services, and associated marketing to enhance the capabilities of the Consulting Practice.
  • Proactively embrace assessment and development processes to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of skills, knowledge, experience, professional insights, and competencies that underpin consulting value.
  • Taking an active role in networking, events, and the personal and professional development opportunities.


  • Experience in all aspects of business analysis with a proven track record in delivering     business solutions in complex change
  • Extensive project experience on medium to large scale projects including end to end  experience of the change
  • Experience of working within a process led change
  • Proven ability to articulate solutions that meet business
  • Strong BPMN and UML use case
  • A record of continuous professional
  • Ideally degree level, within a technology or business
  • A commitment to continue to develop both personally and
  • Relevant professional qualifications based on domain area expertise (Business   Architecture – TOGAF, Six Sigma, Business Architecture Body of Knowledge, Data Architect – Data Management, Business Analysis – BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis) or the equivalent gained through practical
  • Financial services, business change and/or digital
  • Working knowledge of the full software project
  • Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit!
