P2 Consulting (“P2”), the leading specialist in business transformation, has today announced the final step in its merger with Certeco. The merged business will operate under the P2 Consulting name and leverage the experience and reputation of both businesses to create a new brand, which underpins the company’s ambitions to become a top ten global consulting firm.
P2, which was named as the second fastest growing company in the UK in the Sunday Times Virgin 2017 Fast Track, has targeted a valuation of £1bn by 2025. It sees itself as a ‘challenger brand’ to the large consulting firms, with a compelling ‘delivery focused’ proposition for clients compared to its larger rivals. The business currently has circa 250 staff and will deliver revenues of over £30m this year.
P2 Consulting’s services span the transformation lifecycle for blue chip organisations engaged in business change. Capabilities include: portfolio and programme assurance and delivery; business architecture and design; testing and quality assurance; and implementation.
The new brand – the logo depicts the P2 name – is a visual representation of the company’s ambition, innovation and ingenuity. The rebrand programme has encompassed the development of a new service portfolio and the creation of new brand collateral, all of which is reflected in a new website.
