The US business had implemented a range of loyalty schemes across brands and channels, developing a loyalty IT solution in the process. The UK wished to evaluate the opportunity and case for introducing similar loyalty schemes.
The UK business appointed P2 to evaluate the ‘fit’ of the US technical solution, provide a business case and assess the required scope of work.
