Being a leading entertainment company with over 21 million customers across Europe, our client undertook a transformation project to:
- Centralise its digital operations into a new facility in Leeds; and
- Implement new agile ways of working across its product and technology areas.
In addition, it set out to align the internal digital product estate with the best practices used for its customer-facing digital product offerings, deliver a new employee app, create an overarching strategy for the digital products and launch a new corporate website.
